“Rembrandt” model Sears colonial is brought into the 21st century in two phases. Phase I consisted of a south-facing Porch where a great deal of “family time” is spent overlooking the street. Phase II involved the typical two-story Kitchen/Master Bedroom Suite wing at the rear of the house. A highly-valued Mudroom space off the Rear Porch organizes the comings and goings of the family. The Gallery efficiently connects all of the living spaces on the first floor.
