The Kurylas Studio was asked to design a different cladding for developer’s tried-and-tested infill house plan, usually executed in a Victorian style. The heavily wooded site in historical Capital View inspired this board and batten treatment with craftsman style flourishes. Dramatic cantilevered Master Bedroom balcony is offset from adjacent house and overlooks a nearby creek.
