Two independent buildings are connected by a new light-filled Lobby space, symbolically circular in form, as requested by the client. The grand Lobby Stair encourages use by visitors and provides access from the rear of the property. The lower level contains a commercial Kitchen and ADA accessible Bathrooms. A new elevator and Meeting Space are provided. Serpentine lighting ‘chains’ accent the existing precast concrete roof structure while maximizing ceiling height in the Lobby.
