The Breakfast Room addition to this semi-detached house takes on a pavilion-like character, which is reinforced by the axial arrangement of landscape elements in the verdant rear yard. Deep eaves, shaped rafter tails, paired columns, brackets and stonework mirror the detailing of the front porch. Inside, the porch allusion is maintained in the open rafter and bead board treatment of the Breakfast Room ceiling. Cherry cabinetry from the renovated Kitchen carries through into the Breakfast Room.
